A placement on Venlease is the ongoing stop: one operator, one location, and the record of how it is going. It starts when a business accepts interest, or when a business invite is accepted. It can also be a stop the operator already had and chose to track. After that, both sides use the same record instead of a pile of separate email threads.
Messages stay with the location. If the same two people work at more than one site, each site keeps its own thread. Revenue entries stay on the placement too: an amount, a date, and a note. The person who added the entry is recorded, so both sides can see who logged it. Weekly ratings let each side leave a score for the other.
The operator sees the placement on the locations list. The business sees that operator on the Operators page. Both can read the history of the stop. Venlease does not employ the operator, run the machines, or move money between you. Offers, visits, and payments are confirmed by the two people on the placement.
A placement can also start from an email invite. The business sends the invite, the operator creates a vendor account with that same email, and accepts. Until that acceptance, there is no shared stop. After it, both accounts see the same placement, the same thread, and the same revenue list.
An operator can leave. A business can end the link. The placement can be closed. Nothing in the app forces either side to stay. Closing the link stops that shared stop. It does not delete the fact that you worked together, and it does not by itself create a new interest.
