Venlease is for businesses that have space and want a vending machine on site. A lobby, a break room, a shop floor, or a waiting area can be listed so operators know the place exists and how to reach you. You stay in control of who is accepted. Looking at an offer does not commit you to a machine.
A listing describes the kind of location and gives operators a way to ask about it. Operators find that place on the map and send interest with a machine type, a visit plan, and an optional offer. You do not have to answer every request. You review the ones that fit and accept the operator you want.
When you accept an interest, that operator is tied to the location. The placement shows on your Operators page and on the operator locations page. Messages for that site stay on that thread. Either side can log revenue on the placement. The other side is notified. Venlease keeps the record. It does not run the machine, stock it, or collect the sales. Those arrangements are between you and the operator.
You can also invite an operator by email. The invite asks that person to create a vendor account with the same email and accept. If you already have a machine on site that did not start on Venlease, the operator can add that stop on their own account so the record still lives here.
A listing is an invitation to be asked. It is not a contract, and Venlease is not a party to the placement. You can decline interest, end a link later, or close the placement. The operator can leave as well. Neither side is kept in a placement by the app.
