When operators want to place a machine at your location, Venlease puts those requests in one list. You compare them before anyone installs anything. Accepting one operator does not accept the others. Looking does not commit you.
A request can include machine type, how often the operator would stop by, experience, when they could install, and who handles service. An offer, if they added one, is either a share of profits or a flat amount each month. When Venlease emails a summary, it leads with the strongest offer, and a profit share is mentioned ahead of a flat monthly amount. The note is optional. Contact details appear only if the operator chose to share them.
Each request shows whether the operator identity is verified. You can still read a request before that check is finished. The label is Identity verified or Identity not verified. If the operator has a public profile turned on, you can open it from the request. Filters can narrow the list by identity, profit share, experience, machine, visits, install timing, and maintenance. The strongest offer is listed first.
You can message the operator, accept, or decline. If you decline, or if you archive other open requests because you chose someone else, those operators get a notice in the app. The accepted operator becomes the operator on that location, and the placement record starts. You can also invite an operator by email if the person you want is not already in the list. If you decline a request, or archive it because you chose someone else, that operator gets a notice in the app. That notice is not an email and it is not a push.
