Vending operator identity check

The identity check lets a business see whether the person asking to place a machine has completed a review. Vendors can send interest before the check is finished. The submission shows where that check stands, so a business is not left guessing.

What the operator submits

The check asks for your name, date of birth, the front and back of your ID, a short face video, and a verified email. Venlease emails an admin when you submit it, and emails you when the review is done. Changing your name or date of birth after a check is in review or approved starts the check over. You send the documents again.

What the business sees

The business interests page shows Identity verified or Identity not verified on each request. Until the check is approved, a vendor still sees Needs Verification on their own submission. Once it is in review, that submission shows Pending Verification. A business can filter the list down to verified operators when that is the only set they want to read.

The check is a review of the documents you submit. It is not a promise that a placement will be accepted, and it does not make Venlease a party to the agreement between you and the business. You can send interest while the check is still unfinished. The business can filter to verified operators when Venlease prepares a note that should show only those requests. Until you submit the documents, the request simply reads as not verified. A verified label is a status on the request. It does not hide the machine type, the visit plan, or the offer.
