Venlease is a map of vending machine locations for operators who are filling a route. Each pin is a real place: a shop, an office, a lobby, or another site where a machine might stand. You search by address, or you move the map and open the pin. The card names the location and shows how many other operators have already sent interest there.
Open locations can take a machine. Closed locations are not taking interest. Unclaimed locations are not tied to a business account yet. Claimed locations already have a business on that place. Open, unclaimed, and claimed locations can receive interest. A closed location cannot. After you send interest, that pin is marked on your own map so you can see where you already asked.
You can keep one interest per location. The form asks for the machine type, how often you would stop by, your experience, when you could install, and who handles service. A note is optional. An offer is optional too: a share of profits, or a flat amount each month. Your email and phone stay off the interest unless you choose to share them. The business sees only what you include.
A free vendor account can keep a limited number of open interests at once. An interest uses a spot while its status is Interested. Accepting, declining, or archiving it frees the spot. Venlease Plus removes the limit. Business accounts already include Plus.
The interest is saved under your submissions. The business can message you, accept, or decline. If they decline, or if they archive your request because they chose someone else, you get a notice in the app. Accepted means you become an operator on that location. The placement then shows on your locations list. Venlease does not install the machine, employ the operator, or move the money. The visit and the payment stay between you and the business.
