A placement lead on Venlease is an interest: your request to put a machine at that location. It is not a purchased list of phone numbers. You choose the pin, you write the request, and the business decides whether to accept it.
The form asks for machine type, how often you would stop by, your experience, when you could install, and who handles service. A note is optional. An offer is optional: a share of profits, or a flat amount each month. Share your email or phone only if you want the location to see them. If you later change your name, email, or phone, the requests you already sent update to match.
You can have one interest per location. While it is open, a free vendor account counts it against the open interest limit. Venlease Plus removes that limit. Archiving the interest releases the spot and puts the pin back. Declined and archived requests can be sent again later if the location is still taking interest.
The business reviews the request in their account. They can message you, accept, or decline. If they choose another operator, you get a notice in the app. Accepted turns the lead into a placement. Venlease can also email a business a private link when it chooses to, so the business can read offers without an account first. That email is sent by Venlease. It is not sent by itself every time someone submits interest. You can edit an open interest in place. Venlease keeps a history when the details actually change.
