Track vending revenue on each placement

Venlease keeps vending revenue on the placement it belongs to. An entry is an amount, a date, and a note. The operator can log revenue on their placements. The business can log revenue on a placement they share with an operator. The other side gets a notification, and the list shows who added the entry.

What the log is, and what it is not

The entry is a record the two of you keep in Venlease. The payment itself happens between you, outside Venlease. Venlease does not take a cut of the sale, hold the cash, or pay either side. If a number is wrong, the people on the placement are the ones who know, because they are the ones who entered it.

Read it with the rest of the stop

Because the entry sits on the placement, you can see revenue next to the location, the operator, and the message thread for that site. You do not have to reconstruct a route from a spreadsheet that never names the stop. You can download a PDF of the revenue you are looking at. There is a limit on how many of those exports one account can download.

When an entry shows up

The list is the shared record for that placement. After an entry is saved, it belongs to that stop for both accounts that share it. A business only sees revenue for placements they are actually on. An operator only sees revenue for placements on their account. Weekly ratings sit beside that record, so each side can leave a score for the other without mixing it into the dollar entries.
